About this gin

A spiced blue gin that changes colour the moment you add tonic.

Well-defined juniper, then crisp grapefruit and lemon, warmed by cassia bark and grains of paradise, with a traditional dry finish.

The original shimmer gin, naturally coloured with blue pea flowers. Swirl the bottle to see it shimmer.

Perfect serve

The Colour-Change G&T. 50ml Shimmer Mirari Orient Spiced Gin · 150ml premium tonic · Plenty of ice · A lemon twist. Pour the gin over ice first, then add tonic and watch it change colour.
