Our Gin & Chocolate Pairing and Distillery Tour is your gateway to a world of flavour, tradition, and hands-on discovery.

Each session will last approximately 90 minutes and includes:

A Warm Welcome: Kickstart your adventure with a Perfect Serve Mirari G&T, a refreshing welcome as we gather to commence our journey.

Self Guided Gin Tasting: Explore the nuanced flavours of three Mirari Gins, each gin thoughtfully paired with specially selected garnish and on-site crafted artisanal chocolates.

Distillery Tour: Get a behind-the-scenes look at how our award winning range of Mirari gins are crafted.

Bottle Your Memory: Bottle, label, and seal a 50ml bottle of gin, a personalised keepsake to take home.

Terms & Conditions:

Cancellations: Refundable or amendable up to 14 days before the session. Within 14 days, bookings are non-refundable but amendable within 7 days.

Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before the session. Early arrivals may not be accommodated.

Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 or older.

Admission: Right of admission reserved.

Important: By appointment only, walk-ins are not permitted.

Everything You Ever Dreamed A Gin Tasting Would Be

We had the most amazing experience! The attention to detail, the information shared and the fun along the way was well worth it for such a minimal price! It was our first date and I would definitely recommend doing the same if you're looking for something different to do! Definitely coming back for more, and more and more!

The staff was nice and helpful, the place was clean and the presentation was exceptional and very light and fun. Absolutely would recommend it to everyone. Wonderful hosting. I eill do this again, and i will also come back for the Gin Making Class. Well done Mirari Team
