Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only.

Dispatch: Orders placed before 10am on a working day leave within 2 working days. Later orders leave within 3.
Delivery time: Main centres 2–4 working days, outlying areas 3–5. Personalised bottles: allow 4–6 working days to main centres and 6–10 to outlying areas.
Cost: Calculated at checkout. Free delivery on selected orders over R800.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Someone must be available to sign for your parcel, so a work address is often easiest. All orders contain alcohol, and our courier may refuse to hand a parcel to anyone who appears to be under 18.

We can’t deliver to embassies, hospitals, mines, airports or other restricted-access sites. A small number of remote areas may also fall outside our courier’s network. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you to change the address or cancel it with a full refund.

Free collection

Collect free from the distillery: 16 Dartfield Road, Kramerville, Sandown, 2031 (ground floor, lower entrance).

Orders are ready in 2–4 working days, or 4–5 for personalised bottles. Please wait for your “ready for collection” email before coming and contact us beforehand to ensure we are open.

Collection hours: Tuesday to Friday 8am–4pm, plus selected Saturdays 9am–12pm.

We hold orders for 3 months. After that, we’ll contact you before releasing an uncollected order.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right.
