Choose from over 40 botanicals to design your own recipe, then distil it on a traditional copper pot still with our Distillery Ambassadors guiding every step. You’ll name, label and bottle it to take home.
Included: a Mirari G&T on arrival · a guided gin-making class · hands-on distillation · your own 750ml gin.

Booking: By appointment only. No walk-ins.
Cancellations: Fully refundable or changeable up to 14 days before. Within 14 days, bookings can be moved (up to 7 days before) but not refunded.
