Italian Kiss Cocktail

Elegant lemon and raspberry gin cocktail made with Mirari Gincello, topped with prosecco in a wine glass with ice and citrus garnish.

A citrus-forward serve with a hint of indulgence. This refined cocktail pairs our zesty Gincello with fresh raspberries and a crisp pour of prosecco. It’s light, easy-drinking, and made for sunny afternoons or effortless celebrations.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Gincello
  • 4 - 6 fresh raspberries
  • Prosecco ( lemonade for a sweeter option)
  • Ice
  • Lemon wedge and fresh raspberries to garnish

METHOD

  1. Prepare Your Glass: Start with a goblet or large wine glass. Add a few fresh raspberries to the base and gently muddle them to release just a touch of juice and colour.
  2. Mix the Base: Pour the Gincello over the muddled raspberries. Lightly stir to combine.
  3. Add Ice: Fill the glass with large ice cubes to keep the cocktail crisp and chilled.
  4. Top with Prosecco: Add 100ml of chilled prosecco to the glass for a sparkling finish or lemonade for a sweeter option. Stir gently once to blend without losing the bubbles.
  5. Garnish: Finish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wheel.

Simple to make, stunning to serve—this is one of those cocktails that looks like a treat but drinks like a classic.
