INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Gincello
- 4 - 6 fresh raspberries
- Prosecco ( lemonade for a sweeter option)
- Ice
- Lemon wedge and fresh raspberries to garnish
METHOD
- Prepare Your Glass: Start with a goblet or large wine glass. Add a few fresh raspberries to the base and gently muddle them to release just a touch of juice and colour.
- Mix the Base: Pour the Gincello over the muddled raspberries. Lightly stir to combine.
- Add Ice: Fill the glass with large ice cubes to keep the cocktail crisp and chilled.
- Top with Prosecco: Add 100ml of chilled prosecco to the glass for a sparkling finish or lemonade for a sweeter option. Stir gently once to blend without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish: Finish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wheel.
