Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a Gin School experience designed to be shared. This special Valentine’s edition of our Gin School invites couples to create, learn and taste together, crafting a bespoke gin as part of a guided, hands-on experience, with thoughtful Valentine touches throughout.

The experience includes:

• A Perfect Serve Mirari G&T on arrival for each guest
• A fully guided Valentine’s Gin School, designed for couples to participate together
• The opportunity to select from over 40 botanicals, using a traditional gin-making approach to design your own recipe from scratch
• Hands-on distillation using a traditional imported copper pot still
• A shared cheese platter, served as part of the experience
• A Valentine-themed gin quiz, with light-hearted moments woven throughout
• Bottle Your Creation, naming, labelling and bottling a 750ml Valentine’s edition gin bottle to take home
• Date: Valentine’s Day (14 February)
• Duration: 2.5 hours

• Booking: By appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted
• Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before the session
• Cancellations: - Refundable or amendable up to 14 days before the session. Within 14 days, bookings are non-refundable but amendable within 7 days
• Admission: Right of admission reserved
