INGREDIENTS

50 ml Crème Brûlée Gin

25 ml cream liqueur (such as Baileys or a similar cream based liqueur)

10 ml simple syrup (or vanilla syrup for added texture)

Sugar shard for garnish

METHOD

  1. Fill a Cocktail Shaker with Ice: Add enough ice to your shaker to chill the ingredients as you mix.
  2. Add the Ingredients: Pour in the Crème Brûlée Gin, cream liqueur, and simple syrup, into the shaker.
  3. Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid and shake the mixture vigorously to combine the ingredients and create a smooth, creamy texture.
  4. Strain into a Glass: Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a Sugar Shard: Top with a delicate sugar shard for a stunning and elegant finishing touch.

INGREDIENTS

100g granulated sugar

50ml water

1. Prepare the Sugar Mixture: In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to boil.

2. Cook Until Golden: Allow the sugar mixture to cook without stirring until it turns a light amber colour. Be careful not to overcook, as it can quickly turn from golden to burnt.

3. Pour and Set: Carefully pour the hot sugar mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread thinly to create a delicate layer.

4. Cool and Break: Once the sugar has hardened, break it into shards to use as garnish.
