The result is a light, citrusy cocktail with a smooth, creamy finish—a perfect balance of tang and texture.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Mirari Lemon Meringue Gin

25 ml lemon juice

15 ml simple syrup

1 egg white (or 25 ml aquafaba for a vegan option)

Lemon zest for garnish

Ice

METHOD

  1. Prepare the Shaker: Add the Mirari Lemon Meringue Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry Shake: Shake vigorously without ice to build up the foam.
  3. Add Ice and Shake Again: Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill and mix thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a Glass: Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with Lemon Zest: Top with a twist of lemon zest for an elegant finish.
